Job Summary

Oversees the planning, organization and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects.

What You Will Do

Setting up and maintaining digital project management processes.

Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.

Directing and motivating project team.

Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.

Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.

Introducing and managing procure related data source.

What You Have

Program Coding: Knowledge of computer program principles and control; ability to program in any coding language (C#, Python, VBA….)

Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular form (SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI…).

IT Project Management, Control and Reporting: Knowledge of project management, control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.

IT Standards, Procedures Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
