　　Our client based in the Energy Industry is looking to add a Desktop Support professional with 5-10 years’ experience helping end users with PC and Peripheral issues amongst their internal employees. This team consists of roughly 6 people spread across the Houston and South Texas area. Main duties consist of assisting end users deskside with hardware issues, new laptop deployment and data backups, and some networking support. This team works with a Service Desk that handles all remote/software issues, so this desktop role will be a point of escalation for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

　　Top Skills:

　　5-10 years of experience with in person desktop support

　　Windows / DELL support

　　O365

　　This role supports 3-5 local offices all located in the Baytown/ Mont Belvieu area so must have reliable transportation to drive within a 5 mile radius and deliver assets to employees. This role will not be confined to industrial work environments – this is mainly supporting administrative employees.
