　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Lead and advise on cutting-edge data platforms and cloud technologies.* Design and implement the overall data architecture for Banking Data Platform, including Data Lake and Data Lakehouse in multi-cloud environments.

　　Enhance platform capabilities to address emerging data challenges using authorized cloud solutions.

　　Implement a highly available, scalable architecture for ETL, data provisioning, and support data analytics.

　　Develop a roadmap for the cloud data platform to align with business initiatives, create an implementation portfolio, and estimate time and resources required.

　　Provide input to project sprint planning and offer process recommendations.

　　Research and analyze new data solutions and technologies, leading the team in managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

　　Harmonize efforts with cross-functional teams, delivering integrated data and solutions throughout the software lifecycle.

　　Offer thought leadership on data, AI, and sustainability, focusing on data management and analytics.

　　Manage internal communication and processes, coordinating with various stakeholders across banking processes and applications.

　　Consult on and design data organization structures and taxonomies for optimal use, emphasizing data quality and governance.

　　Facilitate the integration of data scientists' skills with cloud environments for efficient delivery of analytics and AI solutions.

　　Support the team in optimizing and operating cloud platform architectures.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

　　5-7 years of IT experience.

　　Familiarity with banking processes and products.

　　Strong interpersonal skills, effective collaboration, and excellent written and oral communication.

　　Knowledge of integrated data platform architecture, governance, privacy, and security.
