The Data & Analytics practice in Seattle is a full-service data practice with competencies across information strategy, modern data architecture, data visualization, and data science. We are seeking a Cloud Data Architect to join our local Seattle consulting team.What You'll Do* Perform TCO and ROI analysis to advise technical solution decisions* Use common data architecture practices to architect, design, and develop data/analytic platforms (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) that are used to produce analytic products, like reports, dashboards, ML models, etc.* Move, integrate, and cleanse data in highly collaborative agile environments* Configure, administrate, tune, and architect data pipelines* Deliver high-quality written, verbal, and/or visual communication to clientsWhat You'll Bring* 5+ years of experience building data solutions in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake)* Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions to director-level, non-technical clients.* Deep experience with designing and deploying end-to-end solutions with a cloud platform's analytic services including storage, permissions, private cloud, database services, virtual machines, and parallel processing technologies* Prior consulting or professional services experienceAbout UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. For this position, the base salary pay range is $120,000 to $186,000 and the targeted base salary range is $ 145,000 - 160,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
