Position Overview As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Senior Data Analystwill support data management and data governance efforts in delivery of high-quality data that support AgriBank's operations and overall information technology (IT) framework. Duties include: Develop queries and comparisons of data to identify defects or areas for improvement Provide comparisons of data from various sources to facilitate data owners' reconciliation and validation Perform data reviews as defined by the data steward and data manager Communicate and lead review of issues with the data owner Document high-level and detailed workflows of critical process and reporting data flow for the understanding of Bank-wide data users Identify key data inputs and outputs to identify redundancy and potential improvements in data sourcing Work closely with other departments to document existing data flows and procedures to increase efficiency Recognize and report areas for improvement in data sourcing and flow to ensure consistent results in processing and reporting Define data and requirements for the data environment, including formats, values, translations, table designs, layouts, etc. Create and maintain data dictionaries for Implement change regarding process and definition of elements Participate in IT projects including design review to ensure logical data flows and sourcing Test and report data issues during project development Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT), economics, accounting, finance, or a related field 4 to 6 years' data management and project leadership experience Certification in data analytics or project management preferred Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Knowledge Intermediate proficiency in analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving data and applications issue Basic knowledge of technology and systems that support banking, loan accounting, and general ledger accounting Skills Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Visio, and/or Power BI Advanced proficiency in creating complex data queries and structured query language (SQL) statements AgriBank will not sponsor a work visa (e.g. H1B, etc.) to fill this position.Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications may apply for this position by clicking on the following link: Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation for any part of the application process may contact us through the following methods: Phone: 651-282-8738 or Mail: AgriBank, Attn: Talent Recruiting, 30 E 7th Street, Suite 1600, St. Paul, MN 55101.
