　　We have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst within the Ray White Economics team. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Chief Economist, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering data from various sources and analysing and interpreting the information to provide meaningful insights to engage internal stakeholders, customers and media.

　　Key Responsibilities Include:

　　Analyse, evaluate and report on property market data

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Work closely with the Chief Economist and Head of Research to develop insights into up to date property market conditions

　　Utilise both data collected internally within Ray White, as well as external data sources

　　Work closely with the Ray White business to develop data sets of interest to customers and the media

　　Manage the Data Service Centre, the central location for franchise data requests

　　Present data in a clear, concise and easy to understand way with a strong focus on data visualisation

　　Support the improvement of data and processes to greater automation and optimisation of insights

　　Produce two reports a month and work to become a voice in property market trends

　　Work closely with the wider Economics team, as well as the Media team

　　What we're looking for:

　　Someone who is highly numerate, inquisitive and has a desire to understand the intricacies of property markets in Australia and New Zealand

　　A relationship builder, someone who can work closely with key stakeholders

　　Someone who has strong technical capability & knowledge in SQL- compatible databases and Excel

　　Interest in developing expertise in data visualisation tools

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to check data outputs carefully

　　A good communicator that can make property data easy to understand, as well as interesting 

　　A passion for property

　　Qualifications

　　The role would suit someone with a degree in statistics, mathematics or economics, as well as experience in extracting and analysing large databases and presenting this in a clear and concise manner. An ability to write clearly is also required. Ideally with at least 2 years experience
