　　Robert Half is excited to announce a Senior Customer Service Representative in Weston, Florida.

　　This is an ONSITE opportunity, and while demand is increasing, please be aware of the possibility of occasional overtime, with the potential for >55-hour weeks.

　　Position: Senior Representative - Pre-Operative Plans Production

　　Shift: 1st Shift (Core Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday)Responsibilities:

　　As a Senior Representative, you will play a crucial role as a highly proficient and quality-focused producer of Pre-Operative Plans. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Creating cases using a proprietary case management system.

　　Reviewing CT scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol.

　　Segmenting CT scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for robotic surgery.

　　Generating Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.

　　Ensuring accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning in CT segmentations and Surgical Plans.

　　Uploading completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.

　　Documenting all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.

　　Following work instructions precisely to deliver consistent output.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above).

　　Preferred (any of the following):

　　Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop are all considered a plus.

　　Certifications or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI).

　　Certification in Nursing or related field.

　　College-level anatomy course completion.

　　Demonstrated customer service orientation.

　　Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

　　Language Skills:

　　Proficiency in English (Speaking and reading).
