　　Position Summary:

　　CVS Health is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to join our Strategy & Enterprise Affairs communications team to advance our consumer experience strategies and to promote and support our enterprise culture work.

　　Partnering with key business leaders throughout CVS Health, specifically, Customer Success & Growth, as well as professionals across Marketing, you will use your communications experience to identify and execute communications tactics to highlight and promote our customer experience, culture, and NPS work.

　　You will help craft communications, mine storytelling opportunities, and partner with many stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure messaging and communications are consistent and integrated to the larger Consumer Experience communications strategy.

　　Your ability to collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise is critical, as is your communications acumen and ability to navigate through cross-functional project teams. Experience working within complex workstreams is required.

　　Job Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Develop robust, high-quality communications materials using best practices, innovative ideas and business and industry insights to highlight and promote CVS Health’s consumer centricity work.

　　Identify and track integration points for consumer centric messaging across the enterprise.

　　Support executive communications and editing on memos, presentations, and talking points.

　　Proactively identify and pitch stories to internal editorial team for inclusion in various internal communications vehicles.

　　Develop PowerPoint materials for meetings and presentations; track materials from other stakeholders to support integrations opportunities.

　　Assist with internal event development (e.g. Town Halls), liaise with stakeholders and logistics coordination.

　　This is a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in one of the CVS Health or Aetna offices in NYC; Hartford, CT or Woonsocket, RI.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　2+ years' internal or external communications experience including multiple communications disciplines (e.g., media/public relations, social media, internal/executive communications, communications campaigns).

　　Excellent written and verbal communications and writing, editing and presentation skills.

　　High degree of professionalism.

　　Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and risk assessment skills.

　　Strong performance accountability with demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments, effectively execute and meet deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

　　Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.

　　Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communications strategies, plans and campaigns.

　　Commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and belonging; demonstrated experience in building relationships, integrating strategies, and connecting the dots.

　　Ability to handle high-level confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

　　Committed to quality, while being able to prioritize and excel in a dynamic and evolving leading-edge organization.

　　Willingness to travel up to 20%, as needed, in support of business need and team collaboration.

　　Proficiency with MS Office suite; primarily Word, Outlook and Teams.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
