We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Content Creator to join our Employee Experience team. As a Senior Content Creator, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our External Communications strategy and crafting content that resonates with diverse target audiences. Your work will contribute to positioning Dynatrace as a destination workplace in the global job market.
Your Role:
Content creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and diverse content for various platforms and target groups, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, PR releases, videos, online platforms, websites, and more.
Content coordination: Align and streamline content support, ensuring a consistent brand message across a variety of brand applications, enabling internal and external stakeholders.
Employer Brand Voice: Maintain and reinforce our Employer Brand Tone of Voice across all channels and empower team members to adopt and use it effectively.
Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
Content optimization: Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and SEO tools to optimize content for search engines and audience engagement.
Market research: Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
Content calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery, coordinated with Internal Communications.
Content maintenance: Actively update content based on internal changes, making sure our materials stay up-to-date and in line with our strategy.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create content that meets business objectives.
Qualifications
What will help you succeed:
Several years of experience in content creation and communications, preferably in a highly dynamic environment, the Tech industry, or an agency.
Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging content that drives measurable results.
Experience in team coordination or leadership role is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS).
Expertise with content distribution concepts and social media platforms.
Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, and the curiosity to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
