DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Cloud Support Engineer will provide administration and support for the firm's Cloud services (Databricks, AWS, M365, Azure)PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking candidates who can work in Pacific Time Zone (PST)RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Administration, Operation & Maintenance support for Databricks on AWS. Including but not limited to:Manage helpdesk queue.Onboarding new Databricks users.Executing Python and PowerShell scripts.Key management.Performance management.Troubleshoot permissions.Provide audit reporting to support HiTrust certification. Including but not limited to:Physical control checks.Vulnerability scan remediation.Administration & Support for M365 services and custom applications.Co-manage helpdesk queue.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years' of experience working in a similar capacity (cloud administration).The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years' experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure administration.The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of hands-on system management. experience in Databricks on AWS.The ideal candidate must have previous experience with M365 administration.The ideal candidate must have previous experience with Data security orchestration, Certifications.Must have experience with the provision of S3 storage/buckets. Must have done user provisioning (from console or code).The ideal candidate must be hands on with Python, bash, PowerShell, Active Directory.Cluster creation, maintenance and health checks.Must have basic understanding of cloud networking.Must have attention to detail.Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:DBSQL or Spark SQL administrationKnowledge of Unity.COMPENSATION:The salary range for this role is $78,000 to $157,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.BENEFITS:At Milliman, we focus on creating an environment that recognizes - and meets - the personal and professional needs of the individual and their family.
