Description
Join the UCLA Health team as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, managing pivotal phases of clinical research activities from operations to design to closeout. Responsibilities include implementing research activities, ensuring adherence to protocols, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders, PI, departments, and sponsors to oversee compliant conduct and support study administration. This position will supervise and train others on clinical research projects.
Salary: $6,692.04 - $10,765.38/monthQualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or three-to seven years of study coordination or clinical research coordination experience
Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to organize multiple projects for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively and diplomatically interact with others, including institute leadership.
Strong written communication skills, ability to compose advanced correspondence and manage large file systems.
Sufficient math ability and knowledge of clinical trials budgeting processes to manage the preparation of clinical trial budgets.
Advance knowledge of the clinical research regulatory framework and institutional requirements.
Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) for clinical research.
