　　Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Willmar team and start working on a variety of interesting and complex projects for our clients in the Midwest. 　　What You Will Do:

　　As a Project Manager you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. You will be the client services manager and provide on-going communication related to projects & needs. In this position you will also lead your project teams and provide coaching and mentoring. You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. This role will have a focus on our transportation and municipal market.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university

　　Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota

　　10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.

　　Experience with client relationship management and business development.

　　Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.

　　Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

　　Preferred skills:

　　Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships

　　Experience conducting community meetings and communication

　　Previous supervisory experience
