　　Responsibilities

　　Coordinate the efforts of the event operations team,ensuring standards and timelines are met to achieve event readiness

　　Provide support with staffing coordination for events and complete pre and post event walk-throughs

　　Assistwith the creation of pull sheets, prep lists, and additional department collateral

　　Maintain equipment, smallwares, linens, uniforms, and other items, following up on needs for repair, replacement, general upkeep

　　Attend and contribute to weekly meetings within the department and with the building partners

　　Serves as part of event day leadership - supervising event day operations as needed

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 1 yearof supervisory experience required

　　Previous event set up and execution experience required

　　Ability to read and follow event orders, pre-event checklists, inventory checklists, and other collateral

　　Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry

　　Electric pallet jack experience preferred

　　Available for part-time, on-call events that include nights, weekends, and holidays

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs

　　Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

　　Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
