　　As a Senior Catering Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the event team by managing customer inquiries related to catering planning services and facilitating internal communication.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Oversee and execute the operational aspects of all specialty events.

　　Conduct comprehensive and professional communication with customers and internal departments.

　　Ensure on-site presence for all special events to meet and exceed client expectations.

　　Perform additional duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Preferred: Associates degree; Required: High School diploma or equivalent.

　　Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

　　Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business demands.

　　Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

　　Proficiency in operating web-based ordering systems, processing customer requests, managing changes to orders, updating menus, and handling client profiles.

　　Ability to craft professional and efficient emails to clients and customers.
