Position Summary
An exciting opportunity for a National Account Executive to join the team providing a high level of support to the Commercial Director and National Accounts team (Bobbi Brown, La Mer and Darphin). You will align and engage in the Brand Vision, supporting in building and executing the brand strategies across all channels of distribution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibility:
The National Accounts Executive is the interface between the brand head office (and field team) and retailer head office team for all retail partner store groups alongside the Commercial Director/NAMs.
They have a responsibility for managing store groups; working collaboratively with the marketing and retailer.com partners to build and execute relevant trade marketing plans.
The National Accounts Executive ensures all New Line Information is completed accurately and within the required leadtimes for all Brands and Retailers, supports in wholesale ad concession operational initiatives critical to the Brands meeting it’s wholesale and net sales goals.
The National Accounts Executive will possess strong numeracy and organisational skills, have excellent computer skills and good communication skills to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders i.e Marketing team and Operations team in Kites Croft. Administrative support to the National Accounts Team and Commercial Director will also form an important part of this role including producing correspondence, new launch sell through reports and assist in providing data for presentations such as strategy meetings.
Key areas of responsibility:
· Managing their own Retailer Accounts
· Assisting the National Account Managers to achieve agreed retail and wholesale targets for each retailer
· Attend weekly ops meeting and to support stock updates - new product launches. Christmas
· Creation of all Retailer New Line Forms within their required timelines for the cluster
· Uploading of all saleable events within required timeline for the cluster
· Have a good understanding of sales data, retailer insights, field team feedback and market trends in order to help influence future strategic direction of each retailer
· Capacity to analyse large volumes of data, with ability to spot trends and use your interpretation of the numbers to create a positive outcome
· Tracking of all new launches and communicating to the National Accounts Teams on challenges and opportunities to assist with wholesale monthly targets
· To ensure effective communication and co-ordinated activity between Marketing, Education, Communications, Visual Merchandising and Sales
· Assisting National Account Managers to maximise the opportunity of space, location and stock mix by door in collaboration with marketing, VM, field team and retailer.
· Maintain excellent communications with retail partners on stock availability
· Update MTD orders in WS trackers and effectively support and assist the monthly LE process
· Support and assist in providing data for Presentations and Strategy Meetings
· Create and manage best practices of processes within the National Accounts Team
· Ad Hoc – FOC’s/IPM’s
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Able to demonstrate commercial awareness and experience of working with data.
· Fully conversant with Microsoft Office. For excel – advanced level
· Strong numerical accuracy and analytical approach, with the ability to interpret complex data and convert into meaningful information.
· Well organised; a really strong communicator, with ability to build strong working relationships with the Retailers.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of drive and purpose.
· Experience of collaborating across multiple functions to deliver business objectives.
