Working with us, you will:Collaborate with diverse teams of interdisciplinary professionals tocomplete campus planning projects across the country. Participate in,and often lead, team meetings involving internal colleagues,consultants, and/or clients to share findings and recommendations withmeeting participants. Communicate planning issues, opportunities, andrecommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders as part of publicmeetings. Integrate planning elements such as academic/research/studentlife redevelopment opportunities, social justice, transportation, greeninfrastructure, open space, sustainability, and resiliency into plansand designs. Manage one or more projects including negotiating projectscope and fees, job production and quality, and fee management. Leadefforts around production of project presentations, plan reports and allproject deliverables to ensure an integrated and cohesive outcome.Participate in marketing efforts through proposal development, interviewparticipation and presentations. Develop trusting relationships withclients. Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching.Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process as requested. Anideal candidate has: A master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in urbanplanning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture, or relatedfield of study.
