About the role:
The Sr Campaign Manager responsible for driving global revenue growth via lead generation and ecommerce in alignment with Hach’s commercial plan. Reporting into the Senior Manager Marketing Campaigns and Operations, NA, they will lead cross-functionally to address customer needs and deliver innovative campaigns that support customers through every stage of their journey. They will be responsible for best-in-class marketing channel utilization, including new marketing channels and technology to improve campaign execution.
This position is part of the North America Marketing Team located in Loveland, CO and will be onsite .
In this role, you will:
Lead functional teams or projects to address customer needs and deliver innovative campaigns.
Develop a cohesive, strategic analysis for campaigns in the next 2-5 years, including components of market analysis, connection to business priorities and reasons to believe.
Build lead generation and ecommerce growth campaigns that are aligned with commercial strategies and organization priorities.
Generate campaign strategy to create demand across our core markets and key initiatives through integrated, digitally focused, data driven campaigns.
Identify and lead others to solve complex problems; interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best practices.
Build reports and leverage capabilities of SFDC, Marketo, Domo and other reporting tools to inform business decisions.

Are you qualified?
5+ years of experience developing and executing strategic B2B marketing growth programs.
Bachelors Degree, MBA Preferred
Understanding of water analytics market a plus
Campaign and Agency experience a plus
Proven experience planning and executing fully integrated, innovative, multi-channel campaigns
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
