Cable and Harness Engineer (Senior)

　　What You’ll Do

　　Lead the creation of complex cable and interconnect assemblies along with detailed drawings, showcasing your mastery in precision and craftsmanship

　　Conduct meticulous analysis of cable and interconnect designs, guaranteeing their alignment with system-level design specifications

　　Direct the efforts of a diverse team of engineers and technicians across multiple disciplines, fostering an environment of innovation and knowledge exchange

　　What You’ll Bring

　　Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10 or more years of related cable design experience

　　Strong background in configuration management (CM) and design control

　　Extensive experience with a variety of interconnector designs, including RF, digital, power, fiber, and flexible circuits

　　Strong background in interconnect industry standard IPC/WHMA-A-620 and manufacturing processes

　　Experience with SolidWorks, both 3-D modeling and 2-D drawings is preferred

　　Must be U.S. citizen

　　Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $118,000 to $149,000 annually.
