  What You'll Do

  Lead the creation of complex cable and interconnect assemblies along with detailed drawings, showcasing your mastery in precision and craftsmanshipConduct meticulous analysis of cable and interconnect designs, guaranteeing their alignment with system-level design specificationsDirect the efforts of a diverse team of engineers and technicians across multiple disciplines, fostering an environment of innovation and knowledge exchangeWhat You'll Bring

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10 or more years of related cable design experienceStrong background in configuration management (CM) and design controlExtensive experience with a variety of interconnector designs, including RF, digital, power, fiber, and flexible circuitsStrong background in interconnect industry standard IPC/WHMA-A-620 and manufacturing processesExperience with SolidWorks, both 3-D modeling and 2-D drawings is preferredMust be U.S. citizenWhat Sets SRC, Inc.   Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $114,000 to $145,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
