Senior Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned senior manager with extensive expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span systems, processes, and data at an enterprise level.

About the Team

As a Senior Manager, you will align major transformation initiatives with key business decisions to ensure optimization and consistency. Your strategic perspective will guide operational rhythms, business processes, and design methodologies. Leading the team to maximize resources and meet timelines, you will coordinate cross-team initiatives and develop an effective communication strategy within Zoom.Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, you will act as a trusted advisor. You will ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Zoom’s standards, playing a crucial role in guiding critical organizational transformations.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrate expertise in business processes, project management principles, and tools, including business case development, return on investment analysis, planning, and issues management.

15+ years of proven leadership in managing teams, operations, technology, and strategy, with a particular emphasis on experience in Technology and SaaS.

Identify project risks (e.g., Data Management, Systems Risk) and ensures stakeholder engagement.

Articulate communicator with executive presence and good presentation skills.

Experience in change management, evaluating complex processes, and applying critical thinking to improve workflow; Lean Certification advantageous

Experience using in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google products.

Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Display high performance in self and team, quickly resolves conflicts, and fosters a collaborative environment.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$121,600.00

Maximum:

$266,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
