Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Banking/Lending, program/project management, strategic planning, or implementation.
5 + years of demonstrated experience leading the definition and delivery of large-scale complex and strategic initiatives from inception to implementation, within a “Big 5” consultancy or lending financial institution.
Demonstrated Experience in implementing Banking and/or Commercial Real Estate solutions.
Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment with high risk and complexity.
Ability to lead cross functional area initiatives and delivery teams in a matrix management environment, including multiple technology and business teams.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies, including Agile.
Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data and effectively resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
