　　As we keep growing, we are opening another challenging role - a Senior Business Consultant, who will be responsible for identifying needs of our customers and implementing the business processes.

　　Who?

　　We are looking for someone who:

　　Has at least 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage or Cosmetics industry Demonstrates outstanding communication and leadership skills Is able to demonstrate products with strong understanding of the pre-sales and sales cycle Has analytical skills with a good technical awareness with the ability to break down complex business concepts Speaks fluent English and French

　　In this role, you will:

　　Work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and transform them into best possible solutions and processes Be involved in the requirements set up Propose functional solutions via guidelines and best practices to our customers Provide the business vision to customers and guide them through our product Advise the customer to get exactly the best package they need and design the best solution for them Conduct and lead business meetings with customers Help creating functional design documents Provide product training and guide the customer during implementation and final go live Perform discovery workshops with customers to develop a deeper understanding of how they operate and to determine their key software requirements Collaborate with key users and technical experts but also internally with product, developers and solution consultants Lead the change processes
