Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Associate or Project Manager and developing and managing development roadmaps. 5+ years of professional experience as a business analyst/associate or project manager in the insurance industry preferred.Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.Knowledge of insurance processes and familiarity with Verisk products is a plus.Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business units and technology teams. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Certification in Business Analysis or other relevant industry certifications is a plus.Ability to periodically travel to Verisk offices (10-20%)#LI-HM
