Job DescriptionAttend standups with dev teams and manage day-to-day technical issues and topics.Develop requirements for projects on the roadmap and upcomingprojects.Technical Proficiency - Understanding and ability to master the technical side of the product we manage - Use this knowledge to build out historical documentation for current productsHelp other property products in any development efforts they may needWork with the A-PLUS team to develop reporting metricsCompletes all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business information technology or related field. Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Associate or Project Manager and developing and managing development roadmaps. 5+ years of professional experience as a business analyst/associate or project manager in the insurance industry preferred.Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.Knowledge of insurance processes and familiarity with Verisk products is a plus.Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business units and technology teams. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Certification in Business Analysis or other relevant industry certifications is a plus.Ability to periodically travel to Verisk offices (10-20%)#LI-HM
