Iron Mountain’s Global Business Services (GBS) group is hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization whose mission is to be a trusted strategic partner to our internal and external customers through optimization, standardization, and enterprise capabilities.
The Senior Business Analyst will be collaborating with Project Managers and Change Practitioners to drive successful delivery of projects that meet stakeholder expectations.. You will closely collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document current and future state business processes. You will be providing analysis and subject matter expertise on identifying key business capabilities and outcomes to ensure project success.
The senior business analyst is responsible to uphold the quality of project delivery that ensures the business outcomes are met through project execution. Be working closely with our project managers and ensuring proper support for our project team to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Document business requirements for projects
Conduct requirement gathering sessions to identify current and future state requirements
Create process flows and activity based capabilities to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
Document UAT test scenarios and help drive testing through the user acceptance with our business partners
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
Oversee the implementation of new and enhanced technology and systems
Run workshops and training sessions
Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach
Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes
Opportunity to build a business analysis practice that can drive quality improvements in project delivery that translates to better business outcomes
Building a standard approach to documentation, process, analysis that will play a major role in keeping projects on budget, schedule and scope
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Ability to facilitate discussions and ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business impacts
Great problem solving skills
In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting.
Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
3-5 years in a business analysis role
Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
