　　Grow your career as a hands-on Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will sit within the Transformation team and represent the business to implement Change Control Board (CCB) Operating Model Changes. 　　Required Skills & Experience

　　• 7+ years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst and involved in project management.

　　• Experience performing detailed business impact assessments

　　• Experience translating business impact assessments into meaningful requirements for the business to update their artifacts

　　• Experience acting as a liaison with the business executing the update of their artifacts based on the requirements

　　• Experience with project governance models.

　　• Experience in Operational Readiness transformation projects involving testing, training, communications, etc.

　　What You Will Be Doing

　　• Performing detailed business impact assessments

　　• Translating business impact assessments into meaningful requirements for the business to update their artifacts

　　• Support the business to execute the update of their artifacts based on the requirements

　　• Involvement across the wider Operational Readiness components, including testing, training, communications, etc.

　　• Support project manager across all aspects of the governance model.
