We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Cross-Org Architecture Analytics & Partner Engagement team within Amazon Transportation Services Flow Optimization Tech.The role will collaborate with program managers, product managers, research scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to make an impact in the Amazon Logistics network to include both Under the Roof (UTR) and Line Haul areas of focus.As a Senior Business Analyst, Amazon Transportation Services Flow Optimization Technolog, you will interact with many of Amazon's most complex systems to synthesize data and compile valuable insights that increase customer satisfaction. Those findings will be the genesis for metrics and scalable mechanisms that will fuel new opportunities. This role will enable the creation of products that reduce transportation and variable costs, while delivering speed of execution for our customers. The successful candidate will make a material impact bridging collective efforts between multiple stakeholders. This position will be responsible to expose failure points within our current systems and dive deep into existing algorithms to explain outliers. With an end-to-end view, the team also supports cross-org analytics that drive valuable insights with metrics and product suggestions. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
