  Title: Senior Business Analyst

  Location: Whippany, NJ

  Job Description:

  Capgemini is looking for Senior Business Analyst who will collaborate with various groups and customers to capture, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The BA will translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. They will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  Responsibilities:

  Requirements Gathering Collaborate with business partners to understand and document business processes and requirements which are related to AWS Connect.Work closely with multi-functional teams to capture and analyze technical requirements for implementing and integrating AWS Connect.System Design and Architecture

  Design and propose technical solutions based on business requirements demonstrating AWS Connect capabilities.Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to build detailed system architecture and design documentation.AWS Connect Implementation Own the implementation and configuration of AWS Connect solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.Configure AWS Connect contact flows routing and other components to optimize customer experience.Integration and Customization Collaborate with development teams to integrate AWS Connect with other systems and applications.Customize AWS Connect features and functionalities to meet specific business needs.Quality Assurance Conduct detailed testing of AWS Connect implementations to ensure they meet quality standards.Solve technical issues collaborating with support teams and vendors as and when needed.Documentation Create comprehensive documentation including technical specifications process flows and system configurations.Deliver training and documentation for end users and support teams.Continuous ImprovementStay abreast of the latest AWS Connect features updates and standard processes and proactively find opportunities for system optimization and improvements to improve overall efficiency and performance.Collaboration and Communication Develop effective communication and collaboration between business partners, development teams and other relevant parties.Provide periodic updates on project status challenges and breakthroughs to customers.

  Required Skills:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Technology or in related fieldDemonstrable experience as a Technical Business Systems AnalystIn depth knowledge of AWS Connect architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with system integration and customizationSuperb communication and collaboration skillsGood to have AWS certifications e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect/AWS Certified DeveloperFamiliarity with Agile methodologies
