Title: Salesforce Business System Analyst

　　Job Description:

　　Capgemini is seeking to hire an expert Salesforce Business Analyst. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you would analyse business processes, capture requirements, design, and configure Salesforce solutions, and handle projects. You will also be required to work closely with business customers and other members of the team. You would also be expected to have knowledge about integrating salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems and meet other business requirements.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Requirements Gathering

　　Collaborate with the business customers to understand and document detailed requirements with respect to Salesforce functionality integrations and workflows.Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to find opportunities for improvement and automation within the Salesforce platform.

　　Salesforce Configuration and Customization

　　Use Salesforce platform capabilities to configure and customize solutions that align with business requirements.Design develop and implement custom objects fields workflows validation rules and other Salesforce elements as and when needed.

　　Integration Management

　　Working closely with integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms.

　　User Training & Support

　　Deliver training and support to end users on Salesforce features and functionalities.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configuration customization and processes.

　　Quality Assurance

　　Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.Work with development teams to fix and resolve any issues identified during testing.

　　Collaboration and Communication

　　Collaborate with multi-functional teams including business analysts, developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate efficiently with partners and translating the technical concepts into non-technical language.

　　Continuous Improvement

　　Stay informed about Salesforce platform and its updates according to standard methodologies and industry trends.Proactively find opportunities to enhance and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Technology or in related field.Experience working as a Technical Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable.Good understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and security modelProficient in Salesforce configuration customization and administration.Experience with Salesforce Lightning Apex and Visualforce is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem solving.Good communication skills.
