A Senior Business Analyst is needed in Poland, OH. Duties include: Define business requirements, functional designs, system specifications, business processes and flow charts; Construct workflow charts, and diagrams, study and understand system capabilities and the impact on business processes; Determine operational objectives by examining business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats; Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break down high-level information into details; Interpret customer business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements; Engage in various medium to large-sized business initiatives simultaneously and lead multiple Business Analysts on various projects; Work with QA Analyst and create test plans for both positive and negative scenarios; Create documentation like Process, System Catalogs, and SIPOC; Serve as a medium between the customer community (internal and external customers) and software development team; Coordinate and collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Required tools and utilities: Jira, Balsamiq, SQL, and Visio. Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related.
