Your JobKoch Global Services (KGS) is seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, critical thinker for a Sr. Benefits & Retirement Analyst role supporting the Canada Benefits Operations team. 　　What You Will Do In Your Role

　　Manage day-to-day operations to ensure employee/HR questions and concerns are addressed timelyPartner with benefits vendors to ensure knowledge is shared, problems resolved and deadlines are metReview HRIS data and vendor data to ensure records are updated correctlyAssist with special projects as assigned by my supervisor or higher leadershipReview and work data reports on a weekly basis and escalate trends in a data activity and issuesProvide excellent customer focus with both internal and external customersManage compliance with applicable benefits plans / administration in accordance with provincial/federal regulations

　　Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)2+ years' experience working in benefits administration (U.S. and/or Canada), payroll or data analytics positionExperience working with external vendor partnersExperience managing employee benefit escalationsExperience working in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat Will Put You AheadFamiliarity with Canadian benefits administration, pension plans and group benefitsKnowledge of conducting benefit audits and regulatory filingsExperience working with Flex plans and renewals with benefit vendors
