If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can't wait to meet you!Schedule (training will begin on day shift, then move to night shift)C Shift: Sun-Tues 7pm-7am + every other Saturday 7pm-7amD Shift: Wednesday-Friday 7pm-7am + every other Saturday 7pm-7amWhat You'll Need:HS Diploma or GED3 years warehouse experience in a fast paced, high volume environment2 + years experience as a Supervisor2 years experience working with a Warehouse Management System6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboardWhat You'll Do:Identifies, organizes, plans and allocates resourcesAcquires and analyzes relevant information about shift performance indicatorsIdentifies issues/processes that deviate from standards and takes necessary actionEngages associates assigned to the areaEscalates problems or issues to the appropriate level that cannot be solved at the level of this positionMaintains appropriate Payroll records, including daily input in KRONOSProvides input into Operations related status reports and uses standardized reportsMaintains HR related informationInterviews and selects associates for hire and/or promotionEnsures that all administrative duties are completed according to established timelinesTrains or oversees the training of newly hired associatesConducts or oversees process update training of all associates as changes are implementedAnalyzes staffing needs and delegates work based on volume requirements in assigned departments.Issues progressive counseling (up to including termination) to associates for performance below minimum expectationsQualificationsAdditional InformationPerks/Benefits:A highly competitive compensation package with generous benefits beginning first day of employment for Medical/Prescription Drug plans, HSA, Vision, Dental and Health Care FSA.15 vacation days & 12 sick days accrued annually and 3 personal days401K match, Life and AD&D, Employee Assistant programs, Group Legal, & moreAvid reader?
