　　Responsibilities:

　　Support and trouble shoot automated systems, PLC programs, HMIs and Visions systems

　　Generate electrical schematics for control systems in CAD Software

　　Project Management, Controls System Design, Hardwire Design, PLC Design, Operator Interface Design, Start Up, Stand by, and Service Support Support and installation Supervision

　　Designed and Install controls Systems to be integrated with existing automated equipment

　　Design and deployment equipment that is of intermediate to high complexity. Generally, responsible for all aspects of automation for assigned project(s).

　　Programs (custom) and configures for all products including highly custom equipment.

　　Develops and tests new features requirements for next generation products.

　　Dives into design programming, sequencing and electrical signaling issues to resolve

　　Troubleshoots and tests higher complexity PLC programming, motion control, high speed encoder rejects tracking including application threading.

　　Prepare Change Controls associated with changes to control systems.

　　Requirements

　　Allen-Bradley PLC programming and Troubleshooting for RSLogix 5000, 500 and 5

　　Rockwell FactoryTalk View Machine Edition HMI Programing

　　Cognex Insight Programming and VisionPro programming and integration

　　Visual Basic Scripting for machine vision programming

　　2D CAD Design for electrical Schematic Generation using Draftsight and NanoCAD

　　Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Scientific). Preferred area of study in Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or similar study.

　　Experience working with and programming Emerson Syncade and Delta V software platforms.

　　Exposure to FDA regulated environments including validation experience.

　　Understand 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and other regulatory guidance associated with computer/automation based systems.
