  About the Team

  DoorDash’s New Verticals organization focuses on accelerating one of our strategic pillars ⁠— DashMart, our grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The Warehousing as a Service team brings the full power of DashMart to customers with new use cases and new lines of business that will operate within our real estate.

  About the Role

  As Senior Associate, you will support the growth of DashMarts Warehouse as a Service (WaaS) initiatives by managing and owning the end-to-end process of creation and operations of our WaaS Virtual Storefront concepts.

  You will report into the Manager, Technical Enablement on our Warehousing as Service team in our New Verticals organization.

  Drive execution of new business initiatives between cross functional partners and your team of Technical Specialists - managing quality, timelines, cross functional relationships and driving alignment between goals.

  Iterate and improve on existing processes as well as document and participate in the creation of new processes

  Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and other technical teams to launch new business enable the launch of new opportunities and initiatives

  Lean in to actively problem solve on the ground operational and systems-related challenges via cross-functional problem solving

  Lead automation and reporting efforts related to the initiatives your team is enabling

  We’re excited about you because…

  You have a strong ability to XFN manage; working with engineering and product teams regularly

  You have a strong ability to understand and learn technical systems and troubleshoot accordingly

  You are able to write SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting

  You operate with little oversight; creating and executing against project plans, foreseeing downstream impacts, digging into the details to root cause issues, using data to make informed decisions.

  You have a track record of leading with optimism and being a detailed operator

  You enjoy creative problem solving, balancing a variety of opinions and priorities

  You have a professional background and/ or higher education focused on Computer Information Systems, IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar.

  Compensation

  The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

  Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

  In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

  We expect this position to be filled by 3/12/24.

  Colorado Pay Range:

  $84,600 — $127,000 USD

  California Pay Range:

  $89,300 — $141,000 USD

  New York Pay Range:

  $94,000 — $141,000 USD

  Washington Pay Range:

  $89,300 — $133,900 USD
