　　Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will report to the Supply Chain-Data & Analytics organization and will develop, implement, and maintain analytically focused solutions. This position will help develop an ‘analytics first’ mentality by using the latest in advanced analytical techniques and solutions.

　　Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Drive the advancement of digital transformation to support Supply Chain operations

　　Advance the use of system capability and features to drive business efficiencies, process optimization and insights

　　Expertise in translating business and customer requirements into technical requirements and visualization solutions

　　Collaborate closely with multiple levels of leadership as well as peers to build alignment and advance initiatives

　　Create visualization tools to support Supply Chain daily operations

　　Ensures that digital tools requests are delivered in a compliant manner according to customer and business requirements

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Master’s degree

　　OR

　　Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Data Analytics and/or Supply Chain work experience

　　Or

　　Associate’s degree and 6 years of Data Analytics and/or Supply Chain work experience

　　Or

　　High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Data Analytics and/or Supply Chain work experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Educational Background in Data Science, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering

　　Data analysis skills and proficiency in AI, Spotfire, Databricks, Excel, SQL, R, SAP, Tableau, and/or Python.

　　Experience within a Supply Chain Organization

　　Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.

　　Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.

　　Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

　　Effective and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Program development and project management skills.

　　Experience with data system development and management.
