　　We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Financial Services Accounting team as a Senior Associate focusing on accounting and process improvements. The team member would be responsible for managing multiple priorities, partnering with teams across business areas and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. This person should be a self starter, have a passion for improvement, excellent written and verbal communication and a desire to continuously learn.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist timely month-end closing and financial reporting processes.

　　Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.

　　Prepare/present monthly, quarterly and other ad hoc analytics for line of business, Accounting, and Finance leadership.

　　Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with business areas and various partner teams.

　　Support automation & data transformation efforts to help drive efficiencies, enhanced controls, and/or improved accuracy and quality of deliverables.

　　Participate in key corporate projects such as system upgrades, enhancements, or process improvements.

　　Ensure accounting practices and documentation procedures are performed in accordance with accounting and governance policies and procedures

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor Degree or Military Experience

　　At least 1 years of accounting, finance or audit experience or a combination

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　2+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience

　　1+ years of experience in PeopleSoft General Ledger, Hyperion Essbase, Excel or MS Office or a combination

　　Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification

　　Experience with BI tools (i.e. Tableau or Amazon QuickSight)
