At The Coca-Cola Company, our Senior Administrative Assistants are essential to the day-to-day success of our global organization. We're looking for a candidate that will be responsible for performing complex, administrative duties utilizing advanced technical skills for a leader within our organization. You should be able to use independent judgment on assignments that are often sensitive and highly confidential in nature. We're looking for someone that can work independently with little or no supervision and is exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoys challenges.
What You'll Do for Us
Drive the role of a professional resource hub, delivering researched information, support, and guidance to multiple teams while enhancing brand love.
Direct projects from conception to completion, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and allocating resources effectively.
Coordinate and oversee a variety of corporate events, managing all aspects from budget control, vendor negotiation, logistics to attendee tracking.
Manage both internal and external communications professionally.
Maintain departmental database systems, create and update spreadsheets, including budget tracking.
Coordinate meetings, arrange travel, maintain the department calendar, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Prepare presentations, reports, confidential correspondence, maintain files, and process purchase cards, expense reports, and invoices.
Steer unique programs, projects, or relevant operating unit processes, collaborating with project managers or team contributors.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School and some college preferred in Business, Communications, or similar fields are ideal.
2 years of experience in a high-level support role preferred.
Must possess proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.
Experience in project management, event coordination, and senior-level administrative support.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook
Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills are needed.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are needed.
Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management
Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment
Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
