  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.

  In this role, you will:Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancementsLead or participate on large cross group projectsMentor less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area.Perform analysis of findings and trends using data analysis and document processPresent recommendations to reduce expense, develop and maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency.Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of analytics software and processing.Develop Dashboards and ad-hoc Analysis Reports, QA customized reports to make recommendations and provide guidance and Data Insights to HR decision-makersUnderstand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area.Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies.Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals.Collaborate and consult effectively with HR consultants, technology partners, and other cross functional business stakeholders.Required Qualifications, US:

  4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationRequired Qualifications, International:Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Essential Qualification:Undergraduate degree required.Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent)Unique Knowledge / Skill requirement6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.6 - 8 years performing Quality check/analysis On BI products.6+ years of writing advance SQL and stored Procedure or similar experience6+ years of Oracle, SQL Server or similar database experience6+ years of Advance Tableau, Power BI experienceExtensive knowledge and understanding of data research and analysisStrong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings from data.Operating EnvironmentAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantBeing able to adapt to changeCritical thinking- being able to look at results and determine if they make sense, Natural curiosity, willingness to learn, time management, quality work, knowing when to ask for helpComfortable in a virtual environment, e.g., conference calls and webinarsBring a culture of operational excellence and enhancementsRelationship ManagementGood team playerEngage with cross culture team members and stakeholders.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsTechnical Skills:Languages: Advance Oracle SQL, SQL Server, or similarApplications: MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)Database: Oracle or similarBI Tools: Tableau/Power BIOS: MS WindowsDesired Qualifications:Tableau certificationAutomation of process using PowerShell / VBAExperience in HR domain using WorkdayETL Tools: Alteryx/SSISDashboard developmentFinancial experienceData mining, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligencePower BIPython/RJob Expectations:Human Resources develops and implements our "team members, candidates, and operational" strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives.
