Your Mission
The Senior Analyst position on the Strategy team is a unique, critical, and visible role at Activision, the team behind Call of Duty and other award-winning titles. This position plays a key, active role on a high caliber team ensuring that the business is finding opportunities and delivering against key strategic priorities for Call of Duty and other franchises.
The successful candidate is an independent, analytical, and intellectually curious individual who can structure analyses and strategies and articulate findings to wide range of business partners, including senior leadership, throughout the organization.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Business Unit Strategy
Work with game studios and central functions to frame Activision and franchise strategy, outline key initiatives, and analyze financial plansSupport our expansion in existing and new segments, including analytical initiatives such as go-to-market strategy for existing business and market entry options for new businessesDrive tracking and coordination of key priorities and initiatives resulting from conversations with a wide range of partners, including senior leadership
Strategic Project Leadership
Drive strategy, organization, and operations-related projects: define the problem, develop a hypothesis, structure the analysis, collect the necessary data, and communicate findings succinctly and thoughtfullyUse industry trends and market forecasts in gaming across all relevant platforms and business models to develop implications for Activision and our game franchisesOperate company databases with relevant internal data, market research, and industry estimates to build analyses that support strategic projects
Organizational Transformation
Ensure organization is optimized to deliver against strategic priorities by analyzing game studio resourcing capacities and central team structures
Project & Stakeholder Management
Partner with game franchises and other functional collaborators on projects, providing strategic framing and analytical support, to better inform decision makingPrepare presentations and provide analyses and recommendations to senior leadershipDevelop a deep understanding of how our game franchises operate, the markets they play in, their strategic priorities and potential opportunities
Player Profile
Bachelor's degree with 2+ proven years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development / strategy at a leading TMT companyOutstanding quantitative skills and financial acumen with advanced proficiency with tools such as Microsoft ExcelPersuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience building and presenting concise PowerPoint presentations to company leadershipInterest and passion for interactive entertainment and technology with the ability to learn complex industry topics quickly.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $92,920.00 - $171,814.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
