　　The role:

　　ServiceNow is currently looking for someone ambitious and energetic to lead our efforts in creating standardized, insightful, and self-serve reporting across the global FP&A and business finance teams. As a leader of Management reporting and data visualization, this role will focus on rapidly operationalizing key analysis models, dashboards, and reports used across all functions. The preferred candidate will have experience driving self-serve reporting and its adaptability, partnering with cross-functional teams, having a good functional knowledge to understand requirements with ease, and creating insightful analysis and models. They will work closely with leaders and process owners within Finance to enable data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

　　*What you get to do in this role:  *

　　Work with end-users to design and build reporting and customisations to meet their requirements and advise on the best BI solutions

　　Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation

　　Analyse and consolidate data to produce periodical reporting utilizing various data sources and interaction with various lines of business and Operations area

　　Work on end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports, & dashboards

　　Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BI

　　Drive and increasing adaptability of self-serve reporting across orgs

　　To be successful in this role you have:

　　Have proven experience in visual analytics best practices, development processes, and knowledge of typical BI & analytics tools and technologies (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

　　Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (Power BI desktop, Power BI desktop Pro, DAX formulas, Power BI Service, Power Automate, and Power BI report server), and other related IT development technologies like MS BI Stack (MS SQL Server, Dataverse, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), and MS Excel PowerPivot

　　Functional Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis processes, forecasting and reporting, Headcount, Revenue, Bookings, and other SaaS related metrics

　　Experience in optimizing dashboards with focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.

　　Preferrable to have some level of experience with tools such as Alteryx, RPA, Python, etc.

　　Well versed with latest trends in analytics, business intelligence and data visualization

　　Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent Data Modelling skills (RDBMS concepts, Normalisation, dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schema etc)

　　Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus

　　Ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

　　Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones

　　Able to quickly acquire and develop new capabilities and skills

　　Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

　　The position requires some overlap with morning PST time-zone to allow hand-off and review meetings with US partners
