Senior Analyst Relations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst Relations Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving cloud security for the greater good and maintaining our leadership in the cloud security market. You will play a pivotal role in planning, building, and executing an analyst relations strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to drive engagement and insights aligned with corporate and analyst relations objectives.
What You'll Do:
Design, execute, and manage the complete analyst relations program.
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams, demonstrating excellent project management skills and the ability to take charge.
Nurture relationships with analysts and drive the maturity of the analyst relations program.
Establish analyst relations as a strategic function, leveraging third-party insights to maintain a position as a cloud security leader.
Balance strategic and creative thinking with tactical and detailed execution.
Identify and develop spokespeople, including executives and subject matter experts.
Develop and deploy best practices for program elements such as inquiry, briefing, events, and evaluations.
Create and curate relevant product/industry-related content for analyst engagements.
Bring analyst insights to internal teams to inform and influence Lacework strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years working in cybersecurity, with cloud security knowledge as a plus.
Background in product marketing or the ability to work with technical product teams and break down technical terminology and concepts.
Strong project management and organizational skills - including a strong attention to detail.
Drive to build a world-class analyst relations program.
Superb communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into actionable feedback.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with the analyst community and/or running an analyst relations program.
History of participating in Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape reports.
Ability to learn and effectively demo the Lacework platform for analysts.
