  This position is responsible for supporting the Federal Employees Health Benefit Program (FEHBP) and Postal Service Health Benefit Program contracts for the Federal Fee For Service (FFS) plans. Primary role will include supporting the overall plans, having a comprehensive understanding of the commercial medical, pharmacy and Medicare products and networks for current and proposed benefit offerings. Additionally, position will help to support and identify and implement programs that will reduce plan cost while improving the member experience.

  Key responsibilities include:

  Collaborating with internal teams to gain key knowledge of benefit options and clinical programs that are available

  Evaluating benefits and programs to determine if they will provide savings opportunities to identify solutions and presenting recommendations to federal team leadership

  Supporting ongoing and new deliverables and responses to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) (e.g. rate and benefit proposals, Call Letter responses, ADC, Plan Performance Assessment, brochure language, etc.) and submitting to OPM timely

  Negotiating benefit and language changes with OPM Contract Specialist

  Support presenting benefit changes to plan sponsors during client meeting

  Ensuring all benefit and program changes are set up to be implemented timely and accurately with the new Postal program offering in 2025.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience with Health Insurance.

  Strong attention to detail, organization and project management skills.

  Strong communication skills.

  Strong networking and relationship building skills.

  Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $43,700.00 - $107,200.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
