  Are you looking to expand your experience in driving operational performance in a large global Digital and Tech organization? This role is primarily focused on the operational support of the Commercial Products, Analytics and Technology (CPAT) organization which, through technology, services, and solutions, enables a global pharmaceutical business £29.3b in sales across 100+ international markets. It will support the implementation and improvement of consistent, simplified operational processes and performance management across the organization. You will work in collaboration with multiple Tech teams and leadership to drive evolving tech capabilities and initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support for team-focused and organization-wide initiatives.Support the implementation of consistent, simplified operational processes into Commercial Products, Analytics and Technology (CPAT) and across Commercial and Medical Digital & Tech (CMD&T).Provide strong financial management and accurate reporting of key aspects of the organization's operating budget.Liaise and partner with Tech Leadership, CMD&T Product teams, regional operations functions, and GSK Tech Functions for key initiatives in Tech that needs Business Operations support.Work with product and solution teams to ensure the accuracy of the information in the product portfolio, service now, ensure that teams utilize appropriate methods and tools, and that value is tracked in a consistent and meaningful way.Support communication planning and execution, risk, and compliance management.Support CPAT leadership team meetings and team engagementsAssist Operations Managers in gathering data to support the analysis of our current and future operational capabilities.Support and manage culture and engagement initiatives for Pharma Tech and with local tech teams.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree - Computer Science, Business, or similar degree3+ years in Technology support (product management, project management, Technical IT analyst, portfolio support responsibilities, etc.)Experience supporting IT services, applications, projects and / or productsExperience in managing large project and / or organization budgets.Exposure to application development in AGILE and SCRUMProven proactive, self-starter; ability to work in an ambiguous, fast moving and dynamic environmentStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong relationship and partnering skillsHighly proficient in in MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Technical (IT) Product Management or Project ManagementFamiliar with life science and/or healthcareExperience in managing large budgets of at least £30 millionExperience with building reports in Power BIWhy GSK?Career at one of the top tier global healthcare companiesAttractive reward package (competitive salary, annual bonus & awards for outstanding performance, recognition awards for additional achievements and engagement, holiday benefitPossibilities of development within the role and company's structureLife insurance and pension planOpen and broad environment which is encouraging and welcoming of all diversity strands (gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic)Private medical package with additional preventive healthcare services for employees and their eligible counterpartsPersonalized learning approach (mentoring, online trainings' platforms: Pluralsight, Business Skills, Harvard Manage Mentor, Skillsoft and external trainings)Extensive support of work life balance (flexible working solutions including working from home possibilities, health & wellbeing activities)Encouraging community and integration eventsModern office with creative rooms, fresh fruits everydayFree car and bike parking, locker rooms and showersG7
