Description

　　Summary: Responsible for generating in depth analyses around the bank’s balance sheet strategies and interest rate risk positioning to provide insights to senior management for support of the Banks Interest Rate Risk, Capital, and funding decisions.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　C reate data driven insights into the Banks balance sheet composition, interest rate risk profile and future projections to earnings, hedging and funding strategies, and a wide array of other treasury related matters.

　　Partnering with ALM Modeling to enhance monthly risk assessments and reporting requirements related to the assessment of the Bank’s Net Interest Income projections under various scenarios, calculations of the Banks economic value of equity, and strategic initiatives.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting Mathematics, or related field.

　　2 – 4 years’ experience in Asset Liability Management, Balance Sheet Management, Corporate Treasury, or Fixed Income

　　Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

　　Exposure to QRM

　　Strong Knowledge of Bank Balance Sheet Dynamics and Macro-Economics

　　Familiarity with comprehensive ALM concepts including NII and EVE sensitivity dynamics, OCI & RWA calculations, and the economics of hedging instruments.

　　Ability to analyze data-driven business questions using analytics and synthesize technical concepts to executive audiences.
