ACCOUNTING SR. ANALYST: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

　　This position will serve to support VF Services financial leadership in the broad areas of management and other reporting for Corporate and Services entities with a focus on supporting stock-based compensation reporting, supporting BPC reporting, as well as Tax and Treasury reporting.

　　How You Will Make a Difference:

　　Partner with HR Analyst to review and validate monthly distributions of stock awards; validate prorations have been performed accurately, prepare journal entries to record any forfeitures of special RSAs/RSUs, distributions, taxes on distributions, and upon approval of journal entries, record transactions and maintain support documentation. Review Fidelity files monthly and confirm that HR adjustments agree with expected prorations; update terminations (prorations) in the various excel schedules used to record quarterly dividends on a monthly basis. Update roll forward schedules used for stock-based compensation disclosures by the Corporate Reporting Team Participate in the preparation of stock award annual schedules including HK disclosures (track during year to be prepared for annual work in May) Create and maintain tracking schedules on a monthly basis for new quarterly special stock-based awards Perform Fixed Asset processes for Corporate Submission Companies including but not limited to depreciation and other schedules required for various reporting requirements Perform forecasting and reporting for assigned company codes (SAP/BPC) and assigned ledger account reconciliations Manage tracking of restructuring including posting journal entries and preparing quarterly disclosure schedules Partner with Treasury and accounting teams to identify proper coding for incoming corporate deposits. Perform monthly account reconciliations for assigned GL accounts Assist in preparing any supporting schedules for annual state tax reporting

　　Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years

　　Educational/ Position Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

　　Highly proficient in Excel and experience with SAP is preferred

　　Stock-based compensation accounting experience is a plus

　　Strong communication and organizational skills

　　Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this role

　　Ability to be flexible with extended work hours as necessary to meet deadlines

　　Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Hiring Range :

　　$59,200.00 USD - $74,000.00 USD annually

　　Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
