Job Description TheSenior Aircraft Technician plays a critical role within the RockwellAutomation Flight Department by providing technical support and ensuringthe airworthiness of company owned aircraft. Responsible for the overallmaintenance and repair of corporate aircraft. Using advanced knowledgeand high-level skills efficiently inspect, troubleshoot, repair,function test, remove, reinstall, and return to service of aircraftsusing the proper tooling and test equipment in a safe, professional, andclean manner in accordance with manufacturer\'s specifications, FAAregulations and Departments Flight Operations Manual procedures.Completes proper inspection records, reports, and forms required by theRepair Station or manufacturer recommendations to meet airworthinessstandards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Functional Expertise Plans and developsmaintenance and inspection procedures, in collaboration with the Managerof Maintenance, for company aircraft based on manufacturer\'srecommended procedures. Required to work varying hours including days,nights, weekends, and holidays. Willing and able to travel, as required,including international travel. Perform routine aircraft maintenance toinclude inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of airframeand engine systems in accordance with Federal Regulations. Maintain andkeep up to date the Maintenance Program to assure the properaircraft/engine maintenance schedule requirements are being met. Performmaintenance planning along with the management oversight of inspections,repairs, and modifications. Travel to provide onsite oversight ofongoing inspections and modifications. Performs preflight inspectionsand resolves discrepancies discovered during this inspection. Performsfueling and ground services operations at home base.
