  Prologis is seeking an ambitious, organized and team-oriented AdministrativeAssistant who wants to be part of a growing business committed to making adifference in global commerce. You will report to the Vice President,Warehouse Solutions within our Essentials Operations business and will play ameaningful role as part of a top-notch team of logistics professionals who aredriving value for Prologis. You will support the leadership team (VP,Sales Operations, Regional Leadership and the VP, Warehouse Solutions).You'll be pivotal in the team's business operations will help keep theteam on track. You'll anticipate the needs of your leaders and help themstay focused on their objectives by driving all administrative functions. Inreturn, you will enjoy a fun, dynamic team culture on an ever growing team!

  Key responsibilities include:

  Plan, organize and manage calendars for department leaders, includingscheduling meetings and events, resolving any overlapping commitments, andprotecting time for prioritiesCoordinate travel arrangements and necessary documentation (such as visas)for team executives and teamManage and reconcile expense reports and invoicesPlan & organize meetings & special eventsCollect and prepare information used for presentations/meetings forexecutives and other members on the teamAd Hoc projects, organizational charts & phone listsCoordinate onboarding for new hires and internal communicationsProject manage report publishing and stakeholder engagement, includingactively monitoring project progress and deadlines, identify project risksCollect and prepare information used for presentations/meetingsIn general, bringing discipline to sometimes unstructured worksituations/projectsProvide department project support, utilizing Word, Excel and PowerPointAct as a backup for other AssistantOther administrative duties, as assigned

  Building blocks for success

  Required:

  3+ years relevant experience of executive-level support in a mid to largesized organizationProficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPointand OutlookSuperior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines andjuggle multiple requests is criticalIntegrity and discretion in handling confidential information andprofessionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative.Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written & verbalMust be a team player with a knack for keeping things organized and proactivein natureExecute responsibilities with a sense of proactivity, urgency, goodjudgement, discretion and follow through.Detail-orientated with strong planning, organizational and time-managementskillsExperience with Salesforce is a plusAbility to work well under pressure, multi-task; work overtime (eveningsand/or weekends) if necessaryFlexibility and the ability to change directions quicklyAbility to work from the office 3 days a week

  Preferred:

  Bachelor's degree preferred

  Hiring Salary Range of: $62,000 - $85,000. Salary and totalcompensation package (bo us target) to be determined by the candidate'slocation, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal payequity and alignment with market data.
