The Senior Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrativetasks, including managing phones, emails, scheduling appointments andplanning meetings. They will use their organizational skills to managethe office space and their time, as they will collaborate with clientsand colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The Senior AdministrativeAssistant supports our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day officeoperations run efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provideadministrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer?s (CCO) & Salesdepartment to support their overall goals and objectives Executingday-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of ourCRM platform Oversee the CRM Sales pipeline and ensure sales team isproperly entering deal information Assist with Customer Specifications &Expectation Guides to ensure effective and accurate execution of newcustomers/projects as needed Maintains thorough knowledge of company?sproducts and understanding of procedures Develop reports, presentationsand spreadsheets from notes, verbal instructions or documents asrequired Works closely and effectively with the CCO to keep wellinformed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following upappropriately. Act as the liaison and work with Operations/Logisticsteam to ensure clear and effective execution of projects Make travelarrangements and reservations for senior managers as needed Workalongside IT to create an electronic filing system for all SalesDocumentation, POS, Customer Requirements, etc Assist graphics/salesdepartment to develop customer presentations as needed Providestatistical reports on Margin, Monthly Sales Growth, Sales Targets,Average Conversion Time, Budget vs Actual, etc. Review and assist thesales administrators within the Seasoft ERP system to ensure sale/orderdata is accurate and complete Compiling data-driven analyticalspreadsheets to optimize both operational and sales processes Analyzinghistorical sales data and market trends to develop/monitor salesforecasts Assists and supports the CCO & sales team in preparing formeetings, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track ofmeeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revisingcorrespondence and other documents, as necessary. Other duties asassigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and writtencommunications skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage timeeffectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Education and Experience: Aminimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, PersonalAssistant or similar role High school diploma or GED required.
