We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Ad Policy Manager with excellent analytical abilities, and strong ownership and organizational skills, to join Advertising Trust Policy.
In this role, you will build and develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to support the ad policy team’s work across the world. You will continuously advocate for our customers by resolving ad policy escalations; demonstrating excellent judgment and creativity. You will deliver internal training and ensure that training materials are up to date and localized. Your responsibilities will include tracking, analysis and reporting activities. You will build new policies, refine existing polices and develop policy standards.

Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities
· Design, expand, refine and maintain granular and high level policies and roadmaps related to ad relevance and problematic ad-query and ad-content adjacency scenarios, on a global scale.
· Develop models to organize extensive problematic keyword selection and build and maintain global keyword deny lists.
· Partner with a broad range of product teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive tool development and coordinate cross-functional projects
· Analyze metrics and data to make intelligent decisions on optimizing our taxonomy models, and produce and own WBR content specifically related to customer experience from a relevancy stand point.
· Partner with teams globally aiming to solve the same problems and align on standard modeling best practices and meaningful local exceptions.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field
· 5+ years’ program or project management experience
· 3+ years’ experience working with engineering teams
· Bachelor's degree required
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.
· Proven experience driving engineering projects.
· Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis.
· Proven experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position.
· Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field.
