　　Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! In this role you will get to be exposed to review invoices for correct sales tax and process invoices and payments owed to suppliers.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Review invoices received in a shared AP Mailbox and enter invoices for payment in the Accounting system

　　Review supplier entries and complete the first verification step for all Canadian suppliers

　　Process check run twice a week including printing and mailing of checks

　　Review incoming invoices for proper ship to location sales tax

　　Exposure to Parsons Cost structure, invoice entry will include selecting the correct cost categories

　　Exposure to Accounts Receivable cash receipts

　　Work as part of a team of 4 Accounts Payable staff

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Basic PC skills including MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel

　　Teamwork

　　Organization

　　Strong Data Entry

　　Communication

　　Flexibility

　　What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

　　Experience with SAP Ariba

　　Knowledge of Canada sales tax in all provinces
