　　We are currently hiring Senior Accounting Associate in the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. The Senior Accounting Team Lead is the bridge between Accounting Associates and the department leadership team.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Assisting in aligning the day-to-day structure, providing support to team members

　　Continuously foster an engaging and welcoming environment promoting teamwork

　　Participate in structured connects to support production and service level agreements

　　Contribute to the investment and growth of the department

　　Provide training opportunities and celebrate team accomplishments through a variety of channels

　　Aide in other projects and duties as assigned

　　What you bring to our team:

　　Required at least 1-2 years of experience in a supporting role that utilizes leadership skills

　　Required a minimum of 1-2 years in a service, accounting, banking, or finance field

　　High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in supporting processing functions

　　Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

　　Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

　　The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
